About Us
The West Lincoln Skating Club is a non profit volunteer organization providing skating instruction in Smithville and surrounding area. We provide skating skill development opportunities for individuals wanting to learn to skate, play hockey, ringette, or figure skate. Our Skate Canada Sanctioned Club offers Parent /Tot Skate, CanSkate, PrePowerSkate, StarSkate and AdultSkate all taught by NCCP Certified Coaches. Our 2022/2023 Board of Directors work together as a team to ensure that the children of our community have a great place to learn to skate, make friends, and hone their skills. Our coaches at the WLSC are trained and certified through the National Coach Certification Program (NCCP). Our coaches teach both group and private lessons. If you are interested in private lessons, please contact one of our coaches for lesson availability. The WLSC encourages all levels and ages to register for private lessons.
